We finished up the baklava. The students were not interested in trying it so we gave it to the L&C staff. Our lunch consisted of potato soup and puff pastry seafood sandwiches. Irish soda bread was made as an experiment. The students are enthusiastic cooks--even when they don't try the finished product.
